How It Works
We usually handle shipping within 1 business day (Sunday - to Friday) once payment is confirmed.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight.
Tracking number is provided a day after the the product is shipped.

Currently there is only one shipping option provided by the Israeli post service.
Additional shipping options may be added in the future.

Average shipping time is between 7-15 business days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you.
To ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, Please contact Rockwailer by mail stating the problem or reason.
Follow these steps:

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.

The product should be packed in the original product box

When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue

Please use a shipping method that is trackable.

Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping policy, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return credit.

We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping. Sometimes things get damaged or lost, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
WARRANTY AT ROCKWAILER
The Information You Need to Know
All Rockwailer products comes with one year warranty under the terms below:

LIMITED WARRANTY.
Rockwailer warrants to the first consumer only of a covered product purchased from an authorized Rockwailer dealer or directly from Rockwailer, that this product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase until the period of one year..
To exercise your rights under this Warranty as a purchaser, you must ship the product in appropriate packaging at your expense (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase, to Rockwailer or to such other address as may be instructed by Rockwailer. You should submit an E-mail request to obtain a Return Authorization letter for the returned product. Any products shipped to Rockwailer without a Return Authorization letter shall be refused.
Rockwailer will repair or replace this product at its sole option at no charge to you for parts or for labor within the warranty period; provided, however, that Rockwailer reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective” for purposes of this Limited Warranty. This Warranty does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, damage which may have been caused either directly or indirectly by another product, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage was caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than Rockwailer . or a Rockwailer Authorized Service Center.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Rockwailer BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND/OR OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR SAVINGS OR LOSS OF DATA, MUSIC, ELECTRONIC FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY A USER OF THE PRODUCT EVEN IF Rockwailer HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.
